On signing up, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire to assess your existing mindset and psychological skills. We then provide a customised psychological plan that fits seamlessly into your training.

This includes:

  • Weekly self-paced video content

  • Access to a community of other endurance athletes that helps keep everyone accountable and celebrate each other’s successes

  • Optional weekly 1:1 sessions when needed

  • A full suite of resources and materials
