Stu Holliday is an accredited Sport Psychologist specialising in mental development training for endurance athletes. With experience working in elite and amateur sports, Stu helps athletes grow the mental resilience, focus, and confidence needed to perform at their best.
As the founder of Endurance Mind Coaching, Stu has worked with Olympic and professional teams since 2013, including athletes in Olympic Archery and Swimming (where he is currently a programme Psychologist), England Netball, Liverpool FC Academy, and most endurance sports. His expertise lies in helping athletes overcome performance barriers, manage pre-race anxiety, and translate training success into race-day results.
His approach combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with practical strategies to help individuals perform under pressure and maximize their potential.
Stu’s approach is rooted in the belief that everyone can strengthen their emotional skills and mindset, unlocking the key to consistent peak performance. By fostering continuous growth, he helps individuals empower themselves to develop resilience, focus, and confidence needed to thrive under pressure.
