The UNBREAKABLE ATHLETE.

train your mind as you train your body and unlock peak performance.

READY?

The Unbreakable Athlete programme is a structured, evidence-based sport psychology programme that has been designed to integrate with an existing physical training plan.

The programme adds tailored mental training exercises that you can apply during your regular training sessions, helping you maximise both you time and training. With a minimum 12-week commitment, you’ll build confidence as your psychological skills develop and strengthen.

Who is the programme for? Runners, triathletes, cyclists, and athletes in other niche endurance sports. Most clients have been competing for several years and have completed multiple marathons, triathlons, races, or events. Typically, you’ll have your physical training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery well managed - but are either missing or underdeveloped in the psychological pillar of performance.

  • Inability to convert training potential into race-day performance

  • Pre-race anxiety or nerves

  • Struggling with the urge to slow down or stop

  • Managing psychological discomfort during endurance events

  • Losing focus (and time) during races
