The Unbreakable Athlete programme is a structured, evidence-based sport psychology programme that has been designed to integrate with an existing physical training plan.

The programme adds tailored mental training exercises that you apply during your regular training sessions, helping you maximise both your time and training. With a minimum 12-week commitment, you’ll build confidence as your psychological skills develop and strengthen.

Who is the programme for? Runners, triathletes, cyclists, and athletes in other niche endurance sports. Most clients have been competing for several years and have completed multiple marathons, triathlons, races, or events. Typically, you’ll have your physical training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery well managed - but are either missing or underdeveloped in the psychological pillar of performance.
