What is endurance mind coaching?
Endurance Mind Coaching is a sport and performance psychology consultancy who work with endurance athletes on their psychological pillar of performance. Based in Manchester, UK they work with athletes globally via online sessions. Endurance Mind Coaching was founded by Stu Holliday, a Sport and Performance Psychologist with experience in Olympic, Paralympic and Premiership football, Stu’s passion is endurance sport and so he also works with individual runners, cyclists, triathletes and niche endurance athletes.
what is the unbreakable athlete programme?
The Unbreakable Athlete Programme helps athletes to strengthen their psychological pillar of performance. It’s a structured, evidence-based sport psychology programme that has been designed to integrate with an existing physical training plan.
The programme adds tailored mental training exercises that athletes apply during their regular training sessions, helping them to maximise both their time and training. The programme enables clients to transform their thinking, building confidence as their psychological skills develop and strengthen. The skills learnt aren’t just for sport; they can be applied to work, relationships, high pressure situations and throughout life.
who is it for?
Runners, triathletes, cyclists, and athletes in other niche endurance sports. Most clients have been competing for several years and have completed multiple marathons, triathlons, races, or events. Typically, you’ll have your physical training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and recovery well managed - but are either missing or underdeveloped in the psychological pillar of performance.
how does it work?
Upon signing up, client’s complete a detailed questionnaire to assess their current mindset and psychological skills. We then provide a customised psychological plan that fits seamlessly into their training.

Weekly self-paced video content
Access to weekly group calls (live or on-demand)
Access to a community of other endurance athletes that helps keep everyone accountable and celebrate each other’s successes
Optional 1:1 sessions when needed
